Luke starts days bright and early and his mornings are nothing but productivity. Without needing a drop of coffee. Whether it’s building and fixing things on the land, progressing business tasks, or battling out on the tennis court, Luke will push to the best of his ability and will always be the last to give up. Striving to meet his obligations no matter what, and often confused when others don’t meet the same standard. Forward action, decisiveness and order are at the core of how he operates… would make a great soldier actually.

Luke also seems to embody a natural state of happiness for no good reason. Content with himself and the things he’s working on. Rarely ever needing someone’s help, or company for that matter. He much prefers to satisfy his own conscience than trying to impress others. Probably happiest when working on his passions outdoors, building things, or enjoying simple pleasures such as being in nature, spending time with animals and making good tasting plant based food. With that said, he won’t be too pleased if you interrupt his flow in the mornings.

Jack is ambitious, principled and unconventional. An insatiable curiosity for life and a thirst for knowledge. Always seeking truth and bringing ideas to the table. Many of them extreme and some clearly impossible, but unfortunately not an option once he has his sights set.

He is run by his own moral code and by his logical conclusions about how things should be done, regardless of what society thinks, or the personal consequences. He does not like to comply or conform to social norms or the set rules by society, sometimes probably just for fun.

There are times where his directness and strong opinions can be mistaken for a lack of empathy, but it’s quite the opposite. He might not be the best with his choice of words, but he genuinely cares about doing his best for others and to protect those he cares about. He will like to remind you of his middle name ‘Alexander’ which means ‘Defender of mankind’ in ancient Greek, but in reality he is more concerned with defending nature and animals.

Mark is capable, adaptable and self-reliant which means you can throw just about any problem at him and he’ll find a way to get it done.  Problems and challenges happen often with projects of this nature. Every team needs a person they can depend on to save the ship from sinking, putting out any fires along the way.  

Mark sets up the systems that allow the team as a whole to move forward, so that everything can remain smooth sailing towards the vision. He prefers strategic thinking to solve problems and keeps the team grounded, ensuring the route taken is somewhat realistic with the best odds of success.

A natural ability of remaining calm and relaxed under pressure, and to not stress about things outside his control.  In an ideal world, he prefers doing things his own way, in his own space, on his own time frame... just leave him to it. When it comes to work, Mark values efficiency, integrity and honesty, as well as having a nice desk setup.
